3 tablespoons tinned tomatoes or chutney
6 small organic eggs
Optional

On our free Sundays, we love baking canned croissants for the little monsters; they really like them! For the non-vegetarians among us, we bake them with an egg, ham, and tomato. So instead of 6 croissants, we bake 4 croissant cups, and the remaining dough we bake for the little monsters.
How to make croissant cups with egg, ham, and tomato
Preheat the oven to 190°C
Grease the baking mold.
Cut off the points of the triangles.
Cut the ham in halves.
Push the dough and the ham into the mold.
First we bake the remaining croissant- dough for the kids
Roll the 2 croissants and the 4 cut offs.
Place them on a greased baking tray.
Bake the croissants for 10-15 minutes.
Break the eggs one by one in a glass, so no bits of shell can appear in your rolls
Spoon tomato on top of the ham
Pour the egg in a hole and fill up the mold like this.
Season the rolls with sea salt and pepper.
Bake the croissant cups for 15 minutes until golden and done.
Let the rolls cool slightly in the baking mold and then remove them.
Serve the croissant cups hot with the grated cheese on the side
Enjoy!
