We found another fun St. Patrick's Day booklet for our mini-monsters, and it reads like a fairy tale. And the cute illustrations certainly help as well. The author has written the entire story in rhyme, which the little monsters really like.
We are reading it aloud right away. A sweet girl helps the mischievous Leprechaun's search for their pot of gold, which has suddenly disappeared. They ask all the animals in the forest if they might have seen anything or anyone with a pot of gold...
We have not finished the story yet but we certainly hope the gold will be found! Tomorrow we'll finish the story. The little monsters can't wait, they love the booklet already, even without knowing the ending ;)) Maybe we'll finish it at bedtime, we'll see how it goes...
