1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 large organic tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons grated cheddar

Today we're making an omelet that even little monsters will love, but that doesn't mean big monsters won't enjoy it too. Everything is fresh and organic, so not only delicious and quick to make, but also healthy. Delicious for a late Sunday breakfast or a relaxed lunch. You can warm the plates briefly, but that is not necessary for the kids.

How to make quick and easy an omelet for kids

Break the eggs into a bowl.

Stir and add salt and pepper.

Add the milk to the bowl.

Tilt the bowl and whisk.

Beat the eggs until they are well combined and pale in colour

Wash the veg and pat until dry.

Chop the parsley finely.

Chop the tomato into small pieces.

Melt the butter and spread it over the pan.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan, let spread out all around.

Cook the omelette for 2 minutes on high heat.

Turn the heat low and push the set egg inward.

Sprinkle the tomato, cheese and parsley over the omelet and allow the cheese to just melt

Slide the omelet out of the pan onto a plate.

Serve the omelet immediately, with salt and pepper on the side.

Have a great weekend!
