A winter smoothie

Shopping list
1 banana

250 ml milk
50g Greek yogurt
a few drops of vanilla extract
maple syrup or honey, to taste
optional
125 ml double cream
1 tablespoon caster sugar

Peel a banana and slice it.

Spread the slices on a platter.

Put them in the freezer for a while.

Colour snowman on paper cups.

Beat the cream and sugar until stiff.

Spoon the cream into a piping bag.

Put the whipped cream in the fridge to set.

The preparations are done now, let's make some smoothies!

Put the banana, milk, yogurt, vanilla and honey in the blender.

Blend until all ingredients are mixed, creamy and smooth.

Pour the smoothies into the snowmen cups.

Pipe rosettes of whipped cream on top.

Place the snowmen cups in the refrigerator until the kids come home.

Serve the winter smoothies with straws and cookies.
