How to make Classic Bubble Tea
Bring 1 liter water to a boil.
Add the tapioca pearls to the pan.
Let boil softly for 30 minutes.
Stir the pearls now and then.
The stirring will prevent the pearls sticking on the bottom of the pan
Remove the pan from the heat after 30 minutes simmering and stir.
Cover the pan with the lid and let de Boba pearls rest for 15 mins.
Drain the soft translucent pearls, pour them in a sieve.
Stir the pearls into the sugar syrup until they are fully coated.
Bring the milk to a boil and remove from the heat.
Hang 2 teabags (or 2 tablespoons tea leaves) in the milk.
Put 2 tablespoons tapioca pearls into each glass.
Let the tea cool completely and pour it onto the pearls..
Also pour a tablespoon of sugar syrup into each glass.
Stir the pearls and syrup into the tea, using a straw.
