1 or 2 packages of Oreo cookies
50g or 100g of Mon Chou
90g or 180g dark chocolate
a small piece light blue fondant icing
a small piece white fondant icing
chocolate M&M's, yellow
black edible marker
Today we're making highly flammable Super Mario Bob-ombs out of cream cheese, Oreo cookies, and chocolate. Add a fuse, 2 yellow feet, and they're super cute. They do take a bit of work, but they're delicious.
How to make Super Mario Bob-ombs
Break the Oreo cookies.
Grind them in a foodprocessor.
Add the crumbs to a bowl.
Add the cream cheese.
Knead it by hand until smooth.
Place waxed paper on a baking tray.
Roll little balls of the cookie dough.
Let them set in the fridge.
But cover the baking tray.
Chop the chocolate finely.
Melt it in a Bain Marie.
Cut out circles with a straw.
Shape oval and draw on small stripes.
Dip the balls into the chocolate.
Tap off excess chocolate on the rim.
Gently push the eyes onto the wet balls.
Roll little blue balls and flatten them.
Stick them on top of the chocolate balls.
Roll thin snakes of white fondant icing and cut small.
Stick the fuses with drips water onto the blue fondant icing.
Allow the Bob-ombs dry completely.
Melt the remaining chocolate again.
Stick the yellow feet onto the bombs with a drop of melted chocolate
Allow the chocolate to dry completely again.
