a packet of wraps, large
1 yellow bell pepper + 1 sweet red pepper
1 red chili
can sweet corn
can kidney beans
4 spring onions
100g Cheddar cheese
dash of salt

With these vegetarian wraps you quickly and easily put a nice healthy meal on the table.

How to make the wraps

Chop the vegetables fine.

Mix all vegetables together.

Stir fry them soft in 5 min.

Stir in the kidney beans.

Grate the cheese.

Stir it into the vegetables.

Spoon it into the middle of the wrap.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Roll up the wraps, place them in an oven dish.

Stick a pricker into the wraps, sprinkle cheese on them.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil, bake for 5 minutes.

Remove the foil, let the cheese melt in a few minutes.
