250g butter, room temperature
3 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed
Pinch of fine sea salt
Optional: pre-baked baguette or toast
Today we're making a delicious, fresh herb butter, with minimal effort. Perfect for your lazy weekend, at brunch, or as an afternoon snack. We're using fresh herbs from our garden, We buy organic garlic, and an organic lemon at Eko Plaza. The food processor makes it very easy, but a blender works just as well.
How to make fresh herb butter
Wash the herbs thoroughly and let them drain
Chop the chives very finely, using a chopping knife.
Do the same with the flat parsley, chop it finely.
Add the butter and the finely chopped herbs to the foodprocessor.
Press the garlic and add it.
Squeeze the lemon.

Let the food processor run until the butter is well mixed.
Toast the baguette and cut into slices, serve them with the herb butter.
